Florjana is a Law Attorney who has an extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of legal issues. She graduated at University of Tirana, Law Faculty where obtained a Master of Second Level on “Scientific Criminal Law”. Furthermore, she attended a training program at the National School of Attorneys in Tirana.

With more than 5years of experience as an Adviser for European Integration and Coordination of International Aid, offering assistance in the realization of the international projects with special focus on IPA CBC projects. Being involved and as a part of legal industry, Florjana, has strong analytical skills and is able to crystallize the information received. With excellent communication skills she argues with more persuasiveness and shows compassion for her clients by understanding their concerns.
Florjana was part of various Projects implemented in the frame of her engagement as a researcher in Albanian Institute for Social Innovation (AISI). Working in the role of Project Manager and Coordinator, offered assistance in the realization of the national/ international projects and workshops supporting Woman Rights, rising voice against Children Violence and building partnerships with civil and human rights organizations to ensure equal justice for all.
