Albana is the CEO and founder of “ACC Global Fincorp”, a financial consulting company based in Albania which aims to assist companies and investors regarding financial and investment challenges. She is responsible for internal day-to-day financial processes that feed into a timely and accurate financial reporting, both internal and external. She demonstrated an outstanding ability to rise the occasion, successfully leading the company and simultaneously fast tracking her own business and personal growth. She enjoys the challenge of identifying and solving problems, listening to the needs of business people, and managing firms.

Albana served as a lecturer in finance at Economy Faculty in the University of Tirana and has been recently qualified in ACCA, thus becoming a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, thus becoming internationally certified. As a Fintech admirer she is currently working on her new project “ACC Fintech Lab” which aims to cultivate and support innovative ideas that advance the finance field.
